Description of the main tasks to be carried out

  • Verify that the preventive, corrective and/or compensatory measures included in the Environmental Impact Statement are adopted, through the correct execution of the Environmental Surveillance Program.
  • Propose new corrective measures if it is observed that the impacts are greater than expected or the initially proposed corrective measures are insufficient.
  • Inform the Works Director of the environmental aspects to be considered, prior to the execution of scheduled works with environmental implications.
  • Advise the Works Director regarding the environmental aspects of the works.
  • Report to the ADIF-AV Deputy Directorate for the Environment on the results of the execution of the Environmental Surveillance Program for the works.
  • Prepare periodic technical reports on the degree of compliance with the EIS.
  • Prepare semi-annual technical reports during the works guarantee period (2 years) regarding the effectiveness of the environmental integration measures executed during their execution.
  • Issue any reports requested by the Contract Director relating to environmental issues that arise during the works.
  • Prepare the technical reports on the degree of compliance with the EIS, corresponding to Project Modifications and Complementary Works Projects that are prepared in parallel with the execution of the works.
  • Compilation of environmental data from the works.

  8. Construction project for track renewal for the connection in Mérida.
  9. Construction project for the connection in Mérida. Platform and track.
  10. Electrical substations and autotransformer centers Plasencia-Badajoz.
  11. Remote control of energy for the Plasencia – Badajoz section.
  12. Removal of second-hand track material from the various actions of the Madrid-Extremadura-Portuguese Border High-Speed Line, in the Monfrague/Plasencia Station - Portuguese Border sections.
  13. Construction project for complementary measures for the Madrid-Extremadura-Portuguese border high-speed line. Section: Talayuela–Plasencia. Phase 2.
  14. Construction project for the landscape restoration of the slopes of the southern plinth of the viaduct over the Tagus River of the Madrid-Extremadura high-speed line. Section: Talayuela - Cáceres. Subsection: Cañaveral - Alcántara reservoir.
